Dubai Roots, Virginia Craft

Bar Dubai began with memories of fragrant souks and silky Dubai chocolate, reimagined in a small Lynchburg kitchen. We roast, grind, and hand-temper every batch, honoring Middle Eastern flavors while celebrating Virginia-grown ingredients and meticulous, slow-made craft.

Our story
An open chocolate bar reveals perfectly defined squares of dark chocolate, each engraved with a delicate geometric pattern inspired by traditional Dubai mashrabiya screens.
